I can provide you a "superbill" to submit to your insurance if you have out of network coverage. You are responsible for verifying if you have coverage for speech therapy. I will provide you with any diagnosis and procedure codes you need to verify coverage!
Chatter and Chew's home base is in Glen Rock, NJ. I am happy to travel to your home in Northern NJ or parts of NY, or you can come to my home office. Teletherapy is available!
Private feeding evaluations are priced at $325 with follow up sessions at $200 or a bundle payment of four sessions for $640 (save 20 percent!)
Private speech and language evaluations are priced at $275 with follow up sessions at $175 or a bundle payment of four sessions for $560 (save 20 percent!)
15 minute Phone/zoom consultations are available for FREE.
If your home requires more than 30 minutes/25 miles of travel of Glen Rock, NJ, a concierge fee of $25.00 will be added to the initial evaluation.
All evaluations include a written summary with detailed recommendations.
Therapy bundles include collaboration with school and/or daycare.
All sessions include a Superbill to submit to insurance as an out of network service.
